Kris Natural  Tsine/ Ucucuza/ Black Jack

Extras required
                                                                            Salt, peanut butter, tomatoes and onions

Instructions

1. Soak Tsine in cold water for up to 30 minutes
2. Cook for 30 minutes and add salt to taste
3. Cook onions and tomato slices for 2 minutes
4. Add peanut butter and stir into thick paste
5. Mix Tsine with paste
6. Seamer up to 3 minutes

Serving Suggestion.

Serve with sadza/ isitshwala



Kris Organic Munyemba/Indumba/ Cow Peas Leaves

Extras required
                                                                               
Salt, peanut butter, tomatoes and onions

Instructions
1. Soak munyemba in cold water for up to 30             minutes
2. Cook for 30 minutes and add salt to taste
3. Cook onions and tomato slices for 2 minutes
4. Add peanut butter and stir into a thick paste
5. Mix munyemba with the paste
6. Seamer up to 3 minutes

Extras required
Salt , peanut butter, tomatoes and onions

Instructions

1.Soak Nyevhe in cold water for up to 30 minutes.
2. Cook for 30 minutes and add salt to taste
3. Cook onions and tomato slices for 2 minutes
4. Add peanut butter and stir into a thick paste
5. Mix Nyevhe with the paste
6. Seamer up to 3 minutes

Serving suggestions

Serve with sadza/isitshwala
